Bernie Truax II was asked by a reporter for Inland Investment group about his past career experinece. Mr. Truax II gave an account of how is career started. From humble beginning Bernie now has many roles and responsibilities for him to add his value, expertise and 45+ years of construction knowledge.
Bernie Truax serves in multiple executive management capacities that pertain to contract management services, capital development and construction management; commercial real estate leasing and property management; non-profit and for-profit addiction recovery services; and specific commercial building projects that include the recently completed Truax Building - a 4-story Class A Office/Retail Building; as well as a future 4-star Boutique Hotel on 3rd Street; and a mix-use Office/Retail Project called Marketplace which directly faces the Temecula Civic Center in the heart of Old Town Temecula.
His multiple executive management capacities include CEO, President, Chairman, Executive Director and Manager of the many functioning companies under the Truax Family Trust.
