We are pleased to present Old Town Temecula's first and only luxury boutique hotel. The Truax Hotel will provide needed upscale accommodations to local residents and over 3,000,000 annual visitors.

The Truax Hotel spans five floors and includes banquet and conference facilities, health club, and luxury spa services along with boutique shops and unique dining experiences. Designed to not only fit into the cityscape of downtown, the Truax Hotel features architecture inspired from the Western Mercantile era to Mission Revival. The inspiration for the hotel was to preserve the area’s historic landscape and restore Old Town to the way it should have always been.

The project features architectural elements such as paseo walkways, a grand staircase, water features, and inviting outdoor spaces.  Two towers, Western and Spanish, accurately reflect the history and progression of Old Town from the mid 1800’s through today.

The leasing space on Front Street is accessible from the highly trafficked sidewalk of Front Street, Third Street, and the backside Paseo of the Hotel.

We envision the potential lessee to be a high-end restaurant, jewelry store, coffee shop, bakery or any other service that adds value and energy to the hotel. 


The leasing space on Mercedes is accessible to the highly trafficked sidewalk of Mercedes directly adjacent the Old Town Parking Garage, the Paseo directly adjacent the Class "A" Truax Building, and Third Street.
