Mr. Gonzales has over 25+ years of experience in the real estate industry and has held senior positions for home building, commercial, retail, multi-family and hospitality developers throughout the western region of the USA.
During his career Mr. Gonzales has funded over $500 million in construction loans and $450 million in permanent financing. He also has extensive experience in streamlining the financial reporting system, job costing, property management and implementing computer conversions.
Mr. Gonzales obtained his BS in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Villarreal State University in Lima-Peru.
Mr. Gonzales remains very active in his community by serving as a worship leader at his church and coaching AYSO soccer for the past 25 years.
