Truax Development is pleased to present The Truax Hotel which plans to include 151 rooms divided into 108 standard rooms, 21 deluxe rooms, 16 premium rooms, three luxury rooms, and three penthouses for a total area of 69,516 square feet of room accommodations. The restaurant will have multiple food venues ranging from courtyard, bar & pub, pool deck, room service and a fine dining option. The hotel plans also include multiple meeting rooms, and other hotel amenities commonly found in a four-star, luxury boutique hotel. Accompanying the hotel is a 201-stall, valet parking garage.
The Region
Founded in 1859, Old Town Temecula, California, is the heart of the Temecula Valley. This historic destination comprises approximately sixty-five acres and includes commercial, retail, residential, restaurants and local tourist attractions. Temecula Wine Country, featuring award-winning varietals, is just a short drive away. Visitors spend over $650 million annually in the Temecula Valley and that number continues to grow each year. The Valley has an average room occupancy rate of 72.5% with 100% occupancy nearly every weekend. There are no luxury accommodations currently in Old Town, Temecula. Further there are only two other four star hotel accommodations in the region.
