Who is Dynamic Vision? What do you do?
M.G.: Dynamic Vision is a software company that specializes in creating quality products in the areas of healthcare, mobile technology, business operations and customer experience. We've been around for 9 years and have 18 full time employees. We are now opening a second office in Temecula, which will be our flagship.
Why Temecula?
M.G.: My wife and I live in Temecula, it is a great area and Old Town specifically has the feel and excitement of a big city with the convenience of a small city. That's what drew us here.

Why the Truax Building?
M.G.: What first drew me to the Truax Building was honestly the turn-of-the-century architecture. We love the juxtaposition of classic and cutting edge. Once we got a chance to see the building, we loved what we learned about the existing tenants, the plans for future tenants, and the overall plans for the entire development itself. As for our specific portion of the building, we love the loft-style feel with the large and plentiful windows. The look and feel of the common areas is a big plus, and the plans for the retail shops and restaurants downstairs are also extremely exciting.
