Ross Jackson has been with RDI for five years and provides the company with a wealth of construction knowledge in all phases of building construction and tenant improvement work. Owners Project Director: The Truax Building, Old Town Temecula, a class “A” four-story, 67,000 square foot office and retail commercial development in Old Town Temecula.
Owners Logistics Manager: Ritz Carlton/Marriot and Convention Center, LA Live, Los Angeles, CA. Estimated Cost $650M. 800 guest rooms for the J.W. Marriott Hotel, 220 residential units and 250,000 sf of conference space
Contractor’s Project Manager: Casino Morongo Resort and Spa, Cabazon, CA. $170M. 28-story hotel tower and a two-story attached low-rise structure, with approximately 680,000 sq. ft. of floor area. The tower contains 272 guestrooms and 32 suites, with the top two floors containing a fine dining restaurant and a lounge.
Contractor’s Project Manager: Ala Moana Hotel, Honolulu, HI. Estimated Cost $55M. 36-story, 1,150 room hotel renovation, including room, elevator and mechanical upgrades, public area renovations and upgrade of the exterior facade.
Owner’s Construction Manager: Giovanni Pastrami, Honolulu, HI, New construction of a 5,000 sf. restaurant with full kitchen and interior improvements. Part of an eight-acre new development near Waikiki Beach.
