Bob Erickson leads our development projects. He brings over 45 years of construction & development experience. Bob spent 30 years with Mercer Construction as Vice President / Director of Construction. He also spent 7 years with his own company. He has built every form of Commercial Construction, Office Building, Industrial, Mall, Retail, Military, and Government. Over his career, he has been directly responsible for over $1 Billion in construction projects.
Bob has been an integral part of the development of many significant projects in California. His leadership and knowledge have significantly added value to our projects.
