The Agreement allows the project to move forward in the design phase. Construction is anticipated to begin in Fall of 2017. The project will be comprised of two, three-story buildings that will flank Temecula City Hall. Upon completion, it will offer approximately 80 – 90,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
