Temecula, CA (December 14, 2016) – The Temecula City Council unanimously approved an Agreement with Truax Development for Old Town Temecula Marketplace. The Agreement allows the project to move forward in the design phase. Construction is anticipated to begin in Fall of 2017. The project will be comprised of two, three-story buildings that will flank Temecula City Hall. Upon completion, it will offer approximately 80 – 90,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
